Nomadic Expeditions: HOW TO BOOK YOUR TRIP

How to sign up and join one of our expeditions

Download, complete, and sign our Trip Application Form, or request a copy via regular mail by calling us at 800-998-6634 or 609-860-9008.
Mail the completed and signed forms to us along with your trip deposit of $400 (check payable to Nomadic Expeditions, Inc.)

What you will get from us

Immediately after we receive your Trip Application Form and deposit, we will send you written confirmation of your reservation, travel insurance information, and a recommended reading list to help you to start preparing for your adventure.

Within two weeks of receiving your deposit, we will send you our extensive travel guide and pre-departure information folder, which include a suggested packing list, cultural and environmental guidelines, health information, visa applications, and travel tips. We will also include an invoice for the balance of your trip payment, which will be due 90 days prior to your departure date, payable by check or money order to Nomadic Expeditions, Inc.

Approximately three weeks prior to departure and following receipt of your final trip payment, we will send your final departure package, which includes a final itinerary, participant list, contact numbers, map, luggage tags, and air tickets (if applicable.)

Your responsibilities

We strongly recommend that you obtain comprehensive travel and medical insurance, including emergency evacuation coverage, to protect you against financial losses in the unlikely event of illness, injury, trip interruption, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Upon receiving your visa applications, you should make sure your passport is signed and valid for six months past the last day of your trip. Once you have a valid passport, you should consult the visa application information that will be sent to you in order to obtain any necessary visas.
